it is saturday morning in the mcjannet household. aidan is feasting on a morning's breakfast of strawberry yogurt and peanut butter toast. he is also checking out little einstein's on the t.v.
daddy walks over to mama and gives her a kiss: "good morning my sweetheart." smootches ensue.
"excuse me. mama and daddy!"
was that aidan?
"excuse me, mama and daddy. get back. get back!"
huh?
daddy: "aidan do you want daddy to back away from mama?"
aidan:" get back! get back!"
we test this by smooching again.
"no, mama daddy. nooo!"
apparently, SOMEONE is gunning for only- childdom.

If my husband and I DARE to hug or kiss, our little one goes ballistic! She always follows it up with a "MY DADDY!!!!!" Unfortunately for her, she didn't win the solo child debate!
